This Privacy Policy applies to the Meffi mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Meffi Team (“Meffi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Meffi is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Service.

- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless legally required).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: up to 6 months after resolution.
- AI Feature inputs (text/images): deleted promptly after processing is completed.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
